Total Rewards Specialist - India

JumpCloud is the AI-powered unified IT management platform designed to secure the modern workforce, helping organisations around the globe eliminate complexity across identity, device, and access management. As Total Rewards Specialist, you'll support the day-to-day administration, analysis, and compliance of JumpCloud's global compensation and benefits programmes, focusing on benefits administration across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. What you'll do: - Coordinate end-to-end processing of benefit enrolments and status changes - Conduct basic compensation analysis, including market benchmarking and pay equity checks - Support annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles — data prep, validation, system loading - Prepare self-billing schedules and resolve billing discrepancies with Payroll and carriers - Support annual enrolment and renewal periods across multi-country census data What you'll need: - Detail-oriented approach with strong data analysis skills - Interest in building a career in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits - Comfortable partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors - Based in Bangalore, India
