Operations Associate

Storyteller is a high-growth B2B SaaS platform that lets companies integrate Stories into their own apps and websites, working with globally recognised clients particularly in sport. As an Operations Associate, you'll help keep high-volume sports content accurate, timely, and trusted — working across live content checks, support triage, client communication, and process improvement. This is an early-career role for someone who combines reliability with sharp judgment. What you'll do: - Run content operations and support workflows during live sports events - Quality-check visuals, copy, metadata, links, and brand consistency - Spot, describe, and escalate issues before they become client problems - Use AI and internal tools to speed up checks and improve repeatability - Maintain clear handovers, incident notes, and QA records What you'll need: - Exceptional attention to detail, especially with text, visuals, and structured information - High agency — you act when something looks wrong, even if it wasn't assigned to you - Clear written English and calm, precise communication - Reliability during live coverage and time-sensitive support Rotating shift pattern including evenings and weekends depending on live events.
