Content Operations Analyst

Storyteller is hiring a Content Operations Analyst to own shift-based content operations for our sports SaaS platform. You'll manage story packages, quality assurance, and content delivery while working with AI automation tools. **Your Responsibilities:** - Manage shift-based content operations (including evenings/weekends) - Prepare story packages for publishing across sports categories - Conduct quality assurance testing and content validation - Maintain content hygiene and metadata accuracy - Triage and resolve content-related support issues - Monitor content performance and analytics - Manage content calendars and publishing schedules - Use AI and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency - Document processes and create operational playbooks - Escalate critical issues to senior team **Requirements:** - 1-2 years of content operations or digital operations experience - Proficiency with CMS platforms and content management tools - Experience with Airtable or similar workflow automation tools - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy - Ability to work independently and take ownership - Comfort learning new tools and processes quickly - Sports industry knowledge a plus - Based in Philippines or Southeast Asia timezone **What We Offer:** Remote role with flexible but structured shift-based work.
