Senior Solutions Architect - AI & Platforms SME

GitLab is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to serve as the trusted technical advisor and pre-sales partner for our most strategic enterprise accounts in APAC. You'll own technical strategy and drive adoption of GitLab's entire platform. **Your Responsibilities:** - Serve as SME and trusted advisor for 8-12 strategic enterprise accounts - Own technical strategy and roadmap for assigned accounts - Lead value stream assessments and proof-of-value engagements - Conduct executive technical briefings and architecture workshops - Design GitLab solutions aligned with customer business objectives - Build business cases highlighting DevSecOps and platform benefits - Coordinate pre- and post-sales technical resources - Act as AI/ML solutions subject matter expert for platform automation - Mentor account teams and contribute to sales success **Requirements:** - 8+ years in solutions architecture or similar pre-sales technical roles - 5+ years hands-on with CI/CD platforms and DevOps practices - Expert-level understanding of DevSecOps and secure software delivery - Strong background in AI/ML application to DevOps and platform automation - Experience selling enterprise software to large organizations - Ability to think strategically about technology and business outcomes - Excellent executive communication and presentation skills - Based in Australia or Singapore, or willing to work those timezones **Why GitLab:** Lead digital transformation for Fortune 500 companies.
