Location: Remote, Ireland; Australia; Canada; India; Mexico; Poland; United Kingdom; United States Employment type: Full-time GitLab, a DevSecOps platform company, is hiring a remote Technical Recruiter for its Research & Development teams. The role owns full-cycle searches for engineering and product roles, working with hiring leaders from intake to close. Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle searches for engineering and product roles and keep records in Greenhouse. - Run intake and kickoff conversations with hiring teams on role scope and timelines. - Run structured technical interviews with hiring teams and give actionable feedback. - Build diversity-focused sourcing plans and use funnel data to guide hiring decisions. - Manage candidate communication and offer negotiations. Requirements: - Intermediate-level recruiting experience owning full-cycle searches independently. - Technical recruiting experience, or a strong interest in engineering and product disciplines. - Experience with an applicant tracking system and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter. - Clear written and verbal communication across time zones.
