Pre-Sales Engineer - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Location: Remote, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Employment type: Full-time Ajax Systems is a European security systems manufacturer expanding across ASEAN. This Pre-Sales Engineer role in the Global Business Development ASEAN Division supports sales with technical solutions, proposals and partner enablement. Responsibilities: - Analyse customer needs with sales and design system architecture and bills of materials. - Support proof-of-concept deployments, tenders and technical proposals. - Build partner relationships and present product roadmaps to distributors and installers. - Train distributor and dealer technical staff through seminars and webinars. - Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues. Requirements: - 2+ years in a similar role in alarm, video surveillance, access control or home automation. - Working knowledge of intrusion, IP CCTV and access control systems. - Experience installing or designing video surveillance, fire or intrusion systems. - Strong English, verbal and written. - Availability to travel for business.
