FP&A Graduate

Xapo Bank is a fully distributed team of over 160 people working remotely from 50+ countries, building economic freedom and wealth protection through banking and blockchain technology. This Graduate Programme role gives you hands-on experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis over a 12-month contract, with the opportunity to become a full-time Xapien afterwards. You'll work closely with the Finance team on real reporting and forecasting work while learning the fundamentals of FP&A in a fintech environment. What you'll do: - Help prepare financial reports, including variance analysis and performance summaries - Assist in analysing financial data and KPIs to support business decisions - Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and budgets - Contribute to financial models and forecasting tools - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes What you'll need: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field - No prior professional experience required — internships or academic projects are a plus - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with willingness to develop financial modelling skills - Genuine interest in fintech and the crypto space - A dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
