About the Role Join our in-house creative team supporting experiential marketing from small to mid-scale activations through to Summits. You'll manage graphic design elements across global experiential marketing, trade shows, environmental graphics, and regional pop-ups with ambitious growth planned for 2027. You'll Work On: - Trade show event booths and environmental graphics - Regional pop-ups across multiple locations - Growing number of large-scale activations - Brand and creative direction translation into materials - Graphics across different local and regional contexts - High-bar brand presentation globally Your Focus: - Taking projects from concept through design to delivery - Thinking spatially with understanding of architectural principles - How graphics combine with materiality and physical space - Advanced Adobe Suite proficiency (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) - AI integration as part of design process - Advocating for design ideas across departments Daily Responsibilities: - Working on global projects and bringing concepts to life independently - Creating design language across projects and environments - Ideation with wider brand team - Presenting thinking to internal teams and partners - Delegating to junior designers and external partners - Creating artwork-ready files Requirements: - Proven design credentials with strong conceptual foundation - Project experience from concept through delivery - Spatial eye with architectural understanding - Advanced Adobe Suite skills - Strong interest in AI and confidence using it in design - Ability to advocate for ideas and own planning/timescales Why ElevenLabs: - Innovative AI-first culture - Growth opportunities and impact-driven work - Learning stipends and annual offsite - Social travel and co-working budget - Global team, no job titles Location: Remote, global.
