Customer Success Associate - Philippines

First Advantage is seeking a Customer Success Associate to serve as the primary point of contact for clients. You'll manage service delivery, handle client inquiries, and ensure every interaction reinforces client confidence and satisfaction with our platform. **What you'll do:** • Serve as the go-to expert for client queries and case-specific requirements • Manage day-to-day client interactions via multiple channels • Monitor and manage cases to ensure timely delivery aligned with SLAs • Review documentation for accuracy and completeness • Provide proactive communication about delays, updates, and next steps • Handle first-level client escalations and drive resolution • Dispatch reports and deliverables with accuracy and professionalism • Build productive relationships with clients across all levels • Contribute feedback to improve internal processes and client satisfaction **What we're looking for:** • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field • 1–2 years' experience in client-facing roles • Experience in client coordination, account support, or customer engagement • Comfortable managing multiple ongoing requests and projects • Strong organization, follow-up, and documentation skills • Clear written and verbal communication • Highly organized and detail-oriented mindset • Proactive, customer-focused approach to problem-solving • Ability to work independently and take initiative **Nice-to-haves:** • Prior experience in client operations or engagement roles • Background in account coordination or administrative support • Experience managing customer support in BPO or multinational companies • Salesforce or CRM familiarity **What we offer:** • Full-time remote position in the Philippines • Competitive base salary • Normal office hours with flexible working arrangements • Benefits package including health coverage • Career advancement opportunities in client operations • Training and development support • NBI clearance required
