Associate Technical Account Manager I

As Associate Technical Account Manager I, you'll support the successful integration of TrustArc products for small to enterprise-level clients, developing strong relationships that lead to retention and growth. What you'll do: - Manage and provide Tier 1 technical support for TrustArc's Cookie Consent Manager solution - Answer inbound client inquiries via Zendesk and quickly resolve issues - Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting during implementation and deployment - Identify opportunities to help expand customer adoption of TrustArc products - Maintain organised documentation and manage client expectations on timelines What you'll need: - Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in software technical support or a customer-facing role - Understanding of technological platforms, web infrastructure, and API integrations - Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and debugging tools - Excellent customer relationship skills across all levels of management
