AI Systems & Automation Consultant (Claude Code & Business Automation) Support a private investor and entrepreneur managing a growing portfolio of businesses spanning real estate, lending, and SaaS investments. This is an opportunity to work directly with a founder building and investing in multiple ventures with AI and automation at the core. About the Role Design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows, systems, and operational processes across multiple businesses. Think strategically, understand business processes, identify inefficiencies, and independently design solutions using AI, automation, and modern development tools. Commitment: - Part-Time (20 hours/week) - Fully Remote (PH-based candidates preferred, Manila hours) - Independent Contractor - Start ASAP - USD $800–1,200/month (higher based on experience) Core Responsibilities: AI Systems & Automation Development: - Design, build and optimize AI-powered workflows across businesses - Automate operational, administrative, financial, customer-facing processes - Identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities - Build scalable systems improving efficiency and decision-making - Continuously refine existing automation infrastructure Claude Code & AI Management: - Utilize Claude Code as primary development environment - Build and maintain reusable prompts, agents, workflows - Organize and manage multiple Claude projects across entities - Establish AI governance and documentation practices - Build automation solutions for recurring workflows Systems Integration: - Work with Claude Code, n8n, Make, Zapier, Relevance AI, Anthropic/OpenAI APIs - Integrate CRM, finance, document management, marketing platforms - Analyze business processes and recommend automation strategies - Create SOPs and implementation plans Strategic Projects: - Lending platform development (KYC, onboarding, deal intake, loan processing) - Automated document generation, pipeline management, reporting - SaaS acquisition and optimization - Repeatable frameworks for portfolio companies Required: - 3+ years building automation systems - Advanced Claude Code proficiency - Hands-on n8n/similar platform experience - LLM, prompt engineering, AI agent architecture knowledge - API/webhook/integration experience - Strong systems thinking and process design - End-to-end solution building - Excellent English communication Nice-to-Have: - Lending, fintech, credit experience - Private equity, venture capital exposure - SaaS operations experience - HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive - Python or other programming - AI agent and internal tool building Ideal Profile: - Naturally looks for process automation opportunities - Enjoys solving complex operational problems - Takes vague objectives and independently builds solutions - Thinks like a consultant - Highly organized and structured - Multi-project management - Strong commercial awareness - Proactive in identifying opportunities Location: Remote, PH-based preferred, Perth business hours (Manila standard hours available).
