AI Content Writer - Sri Lanka

Bizycorp Pvt Ltd is building a remote-first team of content creators leveraging AI to produce high-quality marketing content at scale. We're seeking an AI Content Writer based in Sri Lanka to join our growing team and help brands tell their stories. **What you'll do:** • Create, edit, and optimize content using AI tools across multiple mediums • Write for blogs, websites, landing pages, social media, and email campaigns • Research industry topics, audiences, and competitors to inform strategy • Repurpose podcasts and event transcripts into blogs, guides, social carousels • Train AI models and refine prompts to improve content automation workflows • Write SEO-friendly content optimized for search visibility and engagement • Proofread and edit for clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment • Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts • Manage content calendars and revisions • Continuously improve content quality, tone, and consistency **What we're looking for:** • Excellent English command with strong grammar and writing skills • Proven experience writing content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns • Skilled at using AI tools to generate and humanize content efficiently • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and keyword optimization • Strong research skills, particularly in professional services (medical, legal, etc.) • Ability to adapt tone and style across brands and audiences • Strong proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail • Comfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlines • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently • Hands-on social media experience (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) • Familiarity with Zoom, G-Suite, Canva, and project management tools **Nice-to-haves:** • Prior content writing or digital marketing experience • Background in SEO or content strategy • Experience with content management systems **What we offer:** • Full-time remote position from Sri Lanka • Flexible work schedule: 5 hours day + 3 hours evening • Salary: 85,000 LKR monthly (including basic and allowances) • EPF/ETF enrollment per Sri Lankan law • Potential increment after 6-month probation • Paid leave and selected training programs • Performance-based annual rewards • Global team exposure with 250+ employees worldwide
